Sixth Annual Vermont

OctoberFeast Dinner

Saturday October 13, 2018, 7pm

The Inn at Long Trail's Chef, Reggie Serafin, and the Long Trail Brewery present a special four-course dinner menu with a LTA beer pairing for each course.


Roasted Beet and Vermont Goat Cheese served with arugula and toasted walnuts with Long Trail Ale vinaigrette.

Paired with Long Trail Ale®.


Bella Bella Farm Rare sliced duck with a parsnip puree and Long Trail Cranberry Gose Drunken Cherries and herbed and roasted red pepper polenta.

Paired with Long Trail Cranberry Gose.


Maine Lobster and Wild Mushroom Risotto

Fresh Maine lobster, fresh sweet corn, and Apple Hill Farm sweet cherry grape tomatoes, served over a bed of baby spinach.

Paired with Long Trail VT IPA.


Bittersweet chocolate Long Trail Harvest Mouse with whipped Vermont crème fraiche, sliver of Inn at Long Trail flourless chocolate cake, caramelized banana, and candied almonds.

Paired with Long Trail Harvest.


Final taste: a Special Surprise Sneak Sip
